'I dozed off': Cabby who hit ex-Intel India head Avtar Saini's cycle

Rishikesh Khade, a cab driver, admitted to dozing off and hitting Avtar Saini, former Intel India country head, in Navi Mumbai. Khade has been booked under the Motor Vehicles Act and Indian Penal Code.
