Delhi Development Authority's premium flats are now up for grabs

Delhi Development Authority opened registration for buyers of premium flats under the Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023. The scheme offers 2,093 middle-income, high-income, super high-income group flats and penthouses in Dwarka Sector 19B, Sector 14, and Loknayak Puram. The reserve prices range from Rs 1-5 crore. Online registration is open until December 29. The scheme has already attracted 500 registrations on the first day. Prospective buyers are allowed to visit and inspect the flats.
